Job opening: Interviewer/Fieldworker Recruitment throughout Kyrgyzstan

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting face-to-face interviews or telephone surveys according to a given scenario (questionnaire).
  • Working with modern software on tablets or phones (CAPI system).
  • Strict adherence to instructions and survey logic.
  • Compliance with quotas (selection of respondents according to specific characteristics: gender, age, etc.).
  • Timely submission of reports on the work done.

Our requirements:

  • Competent speech and clear diction: You will have to communicate with a wide variety of people.
  • Communicativeness and stress resistance: Ability to win over your interlocutor and react correctly in different situations.
  • Responsibility and honesty: We value objectivity in data, so we are looking for people who do not allow distortions in reports.
  • Proficiency with modern gadgets: Confident use of a smartphone/tablet.
  • Language skills: Knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz is required, as you will be working with different people.
  • Experience in surveys, promotions, or sales is an advantage, but we are willing to train candidates without experience.
